Our leadership team is comprised of highly experienced professionals, including Charlie Bradshaw, our London-based consultant, who has a strong background in FICC and has worked at Sheffield Haworth; Charles Dore, our CEO, who founded the firm in London in 1997 and opened offices in Hong Kong and New York; and Crawford Torell, our New York-based consultant, who has a background in institutional equity sales and private banking.
