Our story began in 1991 when Dominic Wade and Philip Macdonald opened the doors to Wade Macdonald with a Rolodex in hand and started making calls. Since then, we have navigated three recessions, a global pandemic, and many other challenges. Today, we are a flexible workplace with a truly great team of people who have over 130 years of combined experience in recruitment.
