Our History

Founded in January 2001 by its equal equity partners, who collectively bring over 40 years of general management and specialist financial recruitment experience, Abacus Consulting has established itself as a renowned recruitment agency in the region. By keeping a strong focus on career development and building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, we have expanded our presence to four strategically located offices, including our initial headquarters in Northampton, as well as Milton Keynes, Luton, and Bedford.
