At the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), we understand the importance of supporting those leaving the Armed Forces to transition seamlessly into civilian life. With over 25 years of experience, we are proud to be the Ministry of Defence's official provider of resettlement services. Our mission is to empower Service leavers to achieve a sustainable and fulfilling career in the civilian job market.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services designed to support Service leavers throughout their transition. These include:

myPlan: A personalized area where Service leavers can access their Resettlement Tracker, Career Assessment Activities, CV Builder, and Checklists to help them prepare for their transition.

RightJob: An online job finding site that lists thousands of live vacancies specifically for ex-Forces personnel. This platform provides Service leavers with a unique opportunity to connect with employers who value their skills and experience.

CTP Assist: A programme that offers individualized support to wounded, injured, and sick Service personnel, empowering them to achieve a sustainable and fulfilling career.

CTP Assist Training: A series of workshops and training courses designed specifically for Service leavers, focusing on development of essential skills and knowledge to enhance employability.

Events: A calendar of events across the UK and online, providing opportunities for Service leavers to meet employers and discover different sectors, as well as networking opportunities with like-minded individuals.

Support for Employers

We also offer a range of services to employers, including:

RightJob: A high-quality, no-cost recruitment service that connects employers with exceptional talent from the Armed Forces.

Preferred Suppliers: A directory of trusted training providers, helping employers find the right partners for their workforce development needs.

Events: A platform for employers to connect with Service leavers, promoting recruitment and hiring opportunities.
