At Benchmark Search, we take a bespoke approach to executive search. We begin by ensuring that we clearly understand the client's culture and job requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient project from start to finish. Our internal research function meticulously sources candidates from a carefully targeted list of the client's market. We undertake all our work on a retained basis, allowing us to work closely with our clients to provide a personal, tailor-made service. Our 100% delivery record is grounded in a strict process-driven methodology, guaranteeing a predictable outcome: client satisfaction. Each assignment is headed up by a designated project director, supported by consultants who fully understand the brief. Clients can expect to receive a shortlist within a maximum of six weeks from the commencement of the assignment. During this period, we typically present a benchmark candidate (the origin of our name) to gain a sense of the true attributes the client requires. This leads to the shortlist soon after, with a target completion date within six to eight weeks, dependent on the availability for interview of candidates and clients.
