V-Selective Recruitment was founded in 2005 with a vision to do "Recruitment Different". Our passion is "People", so that is our business! Our directors, Saffy Alam and Ryan Vidor, launched the company after experiencing firsthand the frustrations of the graduate job market and the way recruitment companies worked in general. They were disillusioned with the "CV shops" that treated people as mere commodities rather than individuals.
Since establishing our graduate desk in 2005, we have expanded over the years, launching dedicated technical, training, and commercial sector desks. We now employ specialist consultants who share our ethos and have developed a passion for apprenticeships and employability skills. At V-Selective, we pride ourselves on providing a personalized service that meets the individual needs of each client.
