Our Management Team

Our team is led by experienced professionals with a wealth of knowledge in the Marketing and Sales sectors. Our directors, Jonathan Wilkinson and Peter Reader, have a combined 50 years of experience in recruitment, finance, and senior leadership roles.

• Jonathan Wilkinson, ACA, is a qualified accountant with a Master's degree in Finance. He has a strong background in corporate finance and has worked in various recruitment roles, including setting up a recruitment division at Robert Half International.
• Peter Reader, BA (Hons), is a Chartered Marketer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is a fluent French and German speaker and has lived and worked in several countries.
