Poor Quality of Service
Several reviewers have reported a lack of professionalism and poor service from Pinpoint. Many have expressed frustration with the company's inability to find them suitable jobs, lack of communication, and poor handling of paperwork. Author Kia Samuel explicitly states that the company supports racism in the workplace, while Author Josie Harrison describes the service as "suck" and says that Robert is "rude as all get out".
Unreliable Agency
Reviewers have also reported difficulty in getting hired by Pinpoint.
