Reasons for Disappointment

In this instance, the author was asked to go to a job first thing on a Monday morning, but they still had to sort out some personal matters.
Abuse and Rudeness
The company's reaction to the author's inability to attend the meeting on time was appalling. When the author called to inform the company of their delayed arrival, they were met with abuse and rudeness. Unsatisfactory Communication is evident, as the author felt belittled and disrespected by the company's representatives.
