Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have been with the company for many years. Our Managing Director, Chris Addis, has been with Abacus since 1999 and has extensive industry experience. Our Sales Director, Kate Sefton, has been with the company since 2004 and has a wealth of knowledge about the recruitment industry. Our Finance Director, Jason Fuller, has over 26 years of experience in the sector, and our Operations Director, Peter Johnson, has been with Abacus since 1994.

Our Branches

We have a network of branches across different regions, each managed by experienced branch managers. Our branch managers are dedicated to providing an honest and reliable service to our clients and candidates. Our branch managers include Matt Houghton, who manages our Andover and Salisbury offices, and Jaimie Harwood, who manages our Basingstoke office. Scott has been the branch manager of our Camberley office since 2018.
