Experience with the Agency
The reviews highlight a mixed experience with the recruitment agency. On one hand, some reviewers had a terrible experience, citing misleading job advertisements and poor treatment by the agency and the company they were sent to work for. On the other hand, others had an excellent experience with a specific agent, Hayley, who was supportive and went above and beyond to help with their job search.
Issues with Job Advertisements and Payment
One reviewer, Marian C., reported that the job advertisement was misleading, and they were not paid for the full hours they worked. Specifically, they were paid only for 8 hours, despite working longer hours with two unpaid 30-minute breaks. This experience was further marred by the poor health and safety record of the company they were sent to work for, HAC Construction Ltd.
